Ouril Mindelo Hotel, Mindelo

I had to try the restaurant at Ouril Mindelo and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating, even preparing a special salad for me that wasn't on the menu. The piri piri chicken was a standout dish and arguably one of the best I've ever tasted. Every meal felt special, and I appreciated the warm service throughout my stay.

The Superior Double Room I stayed in was larger than I expected, with a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The views from my room were simply stunning, making my stay that much more enjoyable. Plus, the cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and new.

One of my favorite spots in the hotel was the roof terrace. It offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to unwind. I spent my evenings there, soaking up the relaxing atmosphere and enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. It was a true highlight of my trip!

Breakfast at Ouril Mindelo was a delightful treat every morning! There was such a variety, including fresh fruits, cheeses, and traditional dishes. I especially loved the friendly atmosphere in the breakfast room, and the staff were always ready to serve with a smile. It really set a positive tone for my day!
